Referral Benefits

The following supersedes all prior TCS Referral Benefit Terms and Conditions. By participating or continuing to participate in the TCS Referral Benefit program after the Effective Date, you agree to the following:

Individuals who have either previously booked or are currently booked on a TCS World Travel trip (“Referrer”) are eligible to receive a trip credit of US$5,000 (“Referral Credit”) for referring new guests to TCS World Travel (“TCS”) who book any TCS-branded Private Jet Expedition or a Luxury Custom Travel trip priced at US$50,000 per person or higher.

“Private Jet Expedition” shall mean an organized group trip with a defined start and end date, led by a TCS expedition leader and by which the primary means of travel between itinerary destinations is by private or chartered jets.

“Luxury Custom Travel Trip” shall mean a bespoke travel itinerary developed by the TCS World Travel’s luxury custom travel team priced at US$50,000 per person or higher.

For purposes of the Referral Credit, a “new guest”: (i) must have been referred to TCS World Travel solely by the Referrer; (ii) must have not previously traveled in any capacity with TCS World Travel on any expedition or trip offered by TCS; (iii) must not be a Household Member of the Referrer (“Household Member” shall mean any individual or entity which shares the same residence with the Member at least three months a year); (iv) books and fully pays for a TCS-branded Private Jet Expedition or Luxury Custom Travel trip; and (v) whose method of payment has been verified and accepted by TCS.

If a new guest is referred to TCS by multiple Referrers, the Referral Credit will be awarded to the first Referrer who referred the new guest to TCS.

The Referral Credit will be awarded to the Referrer within 30 days after the new guest has made his/her final payment. In the event the new guest cancels his/her reservation, the Referral Credit shall be awarded to the Referrer only if the new guest has paid in full for his/her booking and is past the cancellation deadline for his/her trip.

The Referral Credit can only be used on any TCS-branded Private Jet Expedition or Luxury Custom Travel itinerary and can be combined by the Referrer with any other existing credits or credit letters; however, Referrer may receive up to 5 referral trip credits or $25,000 per calendar year.

Each new guest (as defined herein) referred shall receive a trip credit of US$5,000 upon booking a TCS-branded Private Jet Expedition or qualifying Luxury Custom Travel trip.

No Cash Value: Except where required by law, Referral Credits and trip credits have no cash value and do not constitute referrer property.  Referral Credits and trip credits cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Referral Credits and trip credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Accumulation of Referral Credits and trip credits does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to any awards. The only right you acquire in Referral Credits and trip credits is the opportunity to surrender them for redemption in accordance with these terms and conditions.

TCS reserves the right to withhold or invalidate Referral Credits or trip credits obtained through this Referral Program if TCS determines or believes that the Referral Credits or trip credits were received through error or are fraudulent, illegal or in violation of these terms and conditions or any other applicable agreement between TCS and the Referrer or new guest, as applicable.

These terms are subject to change by TCS at any time. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
