For bookings made through September 30, 2023, each individual guest that is part of a Group Booking for our Sun & Sea Escape jet expedition (“Trip”) is eligible to receive a trip credit of US$5,000 (“Trip Credit”).
- “Group Booking” means a fully paid booking by one guest for, or on behalf of, at least four (4) individuals who wish to participate in the Trip.
- Group Bookings must be made by September 30, 2023 in order to be eligible for the Trip Credit. Trip Credit will be applied to eligible guests on final payment due date.
- If at any time prior to the final payment due date, the number of guests for the Group Booking is less than four (4) individuals (including, but not limited to, in the event that any guest that is part of a Group Booking cancels their reservation or withdraws from participating in the Trip), no member of the Group Booking shall be eligible for the Trip Credit and guests will be charged full fare for the Trip (Adults $54,950; Children age 15 or younger at time of travel $49,950).
- The maximum value of combined credits (including the Trip Credit) applied to the Trip cannot exceed 15% of the total booked Trip price. Some exceptions may apply.
- Trip Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by eligible guests. guests have no property interest in the Trip Credits.
