Group Jet Expeditions:
TCS Refund Protection
In these times of travel uncertainty, you still want booking policies that allow you to alter your plans. We have heard your concerns and relaunched a modified version of our limited time booking benefit.
From now until June 30, 2023, you can take advantage of our TCS Refund Protection* benefit allowing you to Cancel for Any Reason, or transfer your paid funds to another trip without incurring any fees, when you book a group jet expedition that departs at least six months after your booking date. With this benefit, you can cancel your reservation or transfer all of your paid funds to another trip up to six months before departure if you deposit 50% of the trip cost at the time of booking. If you choose to cancel your trip, you may do so for any reason and receive a refund valued at 80% of your deposit along with a future travel credit valued at 20% of your deposit.
* additional terms apply, see details below
Our Exclusive
Travel Insurance
To provide you with additional peace of mind when booking a journey with us, we offer a premier travel insurance program designed for guests on our group jet expeditions. The program features several exclusive benefits not available anywhere else in the insurance market, including the ability to insure your entire trip cost in a single streamlined plan, COVID-19 coverage, and the flexibility to buy the plan and waive pre-existing conditions any time up until final payment.
Travel with Confidence
The benefits of traveling by private jet have become more desirable as the world reopens to travel. Fewer people per plane, a more controlled environment, smaller airports, private or expedited customs and immigration, and the ability to make changes and pivot up to the last minute are all hallmarks of traveling by private jet.
Our cross-functional internal team, in weekly consultation with our expert physicians at Boston MD, continues to develop and refine our health and safety operations based on evolving best practices.
COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION
At TCS World Travel, the well-being of our guests and staff, along with the local communities we visit, is our highest priority. In addition, we expect the COVID vaccine to be a requirement for entry in some of the destinations on our expedition. As such, to help protect guest well-being and reduce operational risk, TCS is requiring our guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to travel on our group expeditions.
We understand that receiving a COVID-19 vaccine may not be a possibility for some guests because of medical restrictions or other personal reasons. While we value each of our loyal guests, TCS is concerned for the collective safety and well-being of all who travel aboard the aircraft and therefore, at this time, we are unable to accommodate any guest who cannot be vaccinated. We will continue to monitor recommendations by global public health experts and may adjust this policy as appropriate.
Screening & Monitoring
For our group jet expeditions, our on-trip physician will be screening and monitoring guest, staff and flight crew health throughout the trip. Testing, as required by destinations on the trip, will be facilitated by our private physician.
Hygiene Hypercare
We are implementing additional cleanings and hygiene protocols aboard the private jets. In addition, the jets have hospital-grade air filtration systems that renew the cabin air every two to three minutes and remove 99.9% of particles, viruses and bacteria.
We are working with our luxury hotel partners and in-country associates to ensure that their hygiene standards and practices meet our elevated requirements. Personal hygiene kits, developed in consultation with Boston MD, will be distributed to guests at departure.
ON TRIP Standards and Practices
The situation with COVID-19 is evolving and fluid. We will follow health and hygiene guidelines as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at the time of trip departure, as well as adhere to any additional practices required by the countries we are visiting. Some of the practices, depending on the situation at the time of departure, might include social distancing and/or mask usage. For their own health, as well as the health of others, guests will be asked to adhere to the standards and practices in place at the time of travel.
Destination Monitoring & Flexibility
We will be monitoring destinations throughout the trip to determine whether or not it is feasible to enter the country and have the types of experiences our guests expect when they travel with us. The decision for travel is determined through input from numerous sources, including expert third parties, in-country partners, and our proprietary disease and vaccine prevalence and trends data tool. If we determine that we should not tour in any of the countries we are scheduled to visit, we have the ability to change the itinerary as needed, even while on the trip. That is the beauty of private jet travel.
PROTECT YOUR TRAVEL INVESTMENT WITH INSURANCE
The evolving situation with COVID-19 means that nobody can perfectly foresee the future. With that in mind, we suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment against the unexpected. We partner with Redpoint Insurance to offer a best-in-class trip insurance program available exclusively to guests on our group jet expeditions. We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance. See more here.

Refund Protection: To provide you with flexibility for your travel plans, TCS provides “Refund Protection” whereby you can cancel your booking for any reason six months prior to trip departure date and receive a partial refund and a nonrefundable future travel credit (“FTC”), without incurring any per person cancellation fee. Following six months prior to trip departure date, TCS’s standard cancellation and refund policy above shall apply. Only those customers who submit a signed reservation form by June 30, 2023 for their trip and submit 50% of the double occupancy trip price at time of deposit are eligible for the “Refund Protection” flexible cancellation policy. Once eligible, you may cancel the trip (“Cancelled Trip”) and receive a refund to be processed 60 days prior to the trip departure date valued at 80% of your trip deposit with the ability to apply the remaining 20% nonrefundable portion of the deposit of your Canceled Trip as an FTC towards the purchase of a future TCS trip (“Future Trip”). Usage of FTCs and other credits for future travel cannot exceed 40% of the total trip price. The FTC can be redeemed on Future Trips departing within two years of cancellation deadline. The FTC is transferrable but there are no refunds or future credits for unused FTCs not redeemed. FTC cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. All other terms and conditions of the Future Trip, including TCS’s standard cancellation and refund policy, will apply. No credit will be given for pre/post packages purchased through TCS (these are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier).
