15 Days in China on Jackie Chan’s Private Jet

We designed a non-traditional spring break trip through China for a family of four. With their busy lives and commitments, they wanted to explore not only Beijing, Shanghai and more remote destinations over the two weeks, but also delve deeper into Chinese culture and history. We developed a private jet tour that enabled them to leisurely explore Xian, the Qingcheng Mountains, Lijiang and Longsheng. The bonus for the son—a pop culture enthusiast—was that the jet is owned by Jackie Chan.

Exploring Japan with Kids

We created an amazing trip to Japan with activities tailored to both adults and young children. The parents explored the private gardens of Ido lords and various historic shrines and temples, visited several art galleries and museums, learned about Geisha culture and enjoyed a sushi-making class. The kids had an opportunity to make the journey their own with a Sumo-training class, Samurai sword lessons, and visits to an iconic owl café and Tokyo’s National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan). In several cities, a prearranged English-speaking nanny took care of the kids for parts of the days or evenings.

A Multigenerational Birthday Bash in Hawaii

One of our repeat clients was celebrating a very important birthday and wanted to be together with all of his children, their spouses and his grandchildren. We arranged a private jet to take the family to Hawaii, and set up their accommodations and private yacht rentals. Most importantly, we handled all the details for all of the special meals and celebrations that occurred during this milestone family gathering.

A Family Christmas in Southeast Asia

Our team designed a special Christmas adventure to Thailand for a family with two sons. In addition to exploring all that Thailand has to offer—from temples to rice paddies—the itinerary was perfectly tailored for this family with a mix of bonding activities and down time. The foodie parents balanced a street food tour on a tuk-tuk and a cooking class in Chiang Rai with much-needed leisure time at the spa and beach. Activities for the kids included Thai boxing, a session in a flight simulator, exploring the car rooms of Siam Paragon, water sports and meeting rescued elephants. As a special surprise, our travel consultant arranged for a live Christmas tree to be set up in their hotel room with hand-selected gifts for each family member wrapped and placed under the tree.
