Romantic Getaway to Tahiti and Bora Bora

Just the word “Tahiti” conjures up images of hibiscus flowers, dancers in grass skirts and a cool breeze over turquoise waters—the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. We arranged a couple’s stay in a beautiful overwater bungalow at the Intercontinental Tahiti Resort and Spa, offering both privacy and remoteness, along with proximity to a restaurant, pool and spa, and all the services they need. We also designed an itinerary, complete with guides, including an exploration of the Papenoo Crater, hikes in Tahiti’s Fautaua Valley and in Bora Bora’s Valley of the Kings, and visits to the Gauguin Museum and the Robert WAN Pearl Museum.

London to Venice on the Orient Express

One couple’s romantic vacation began with a three-night-stay in London, where a private driver took them to all of the sites, including a visit to Windsor Castle, as well as to top restaurants where they enjoyed delicious meals and, of course, afternoon tea (with bubbly). In Calais, they boarded the iconic Orient Express for a two-day ride to Venice. While on board the train, they dined in the beautiful restaurant cars, were serenaded by the pianist in the bar car and slept comfortably in their private cabin. They woke up to a breakfast served in their cabin, while taking in the picturesque alpine scenery outside. In Venice, they relaxed in gondolas, uncovered the secrets of the city on a privately guided walking tour, visited glass art and lace shops, jetted off to the islands of Murano and Burano, and dined on local seafood and other delectable Italian culinary treats.

Honeymoon in the Maldives and Southeast Asia

One couple’s honeymoon began on the beaches of Phuket, a beautiful island with many great beaches, rocky capes, mountains, forested hills and lush farmlands. They enjoyed a four-hour luxury experience at a famous Thai-styled spa pavilion before boarding a boat to Baan Rim Pa Restaurant for a beautiful candlelit dinner. They balanced this relaxing time in Phuket with the bustle of Bangkok, with its beautiful temples, and the timeless traditions of Luang Prabang, where they had the unique experience of witnessing “Tak Bat,” a ceremony in which hundreds of saffron-robed monks move silently through the streets to collect alms at dawn. After a visit to an elephant sanctuary, they headed to the Maldives, where they stayed in a boutique resort, filled with white-sand beaches and lush tropical foliage.

Romantic Tour of Iceland

We designed a romantic tour to Iceland, where the couple could both explore the island’s many natural wonders and unwind in nature’s spa—the Blue Lagoon. They embarked on an exciting super jeep tour, visiting Thingvellir National Park, Geysir hot springs, Gullfoss (the Golden Waterfall) and Langjökull, the second biggest glacier in Iceland. They hiked up volcanoes, toured remote islands, traveled through farmlands, visited glaciers and took in all the beauty that this country has to offer.
