What camera gear do you recommend for wildlife photography?

For serious wildlife photography: DSLR or mirrorless body, telephoto lens (300-600mm or 100-400mm zoom), wide-angle lens for landscapes, extra batteries, memory cards, lens cleaning kit, and bean bag for vehicle stabilization. For casual photography: a good smartphone or compact camera with zoom.

Bring dust protection in dry climates.

Most trips also include a professional photographer to capture the trip experience. These photos are shared with the group upon return from the trip.
