Yes, you will travel with a group (usually 52 to 78 people, but sometimes less). However, our trips are not a typical group-travel experience. We offer options throughout the expedition to ensure that your trip is customized to your interests, and there is room for special touches such as birthday or anniversary parties. Whatever your preferences, simply ask, and we will ensure that your trip fulfills your expectations.

You travel with a talented team of seasoned professionals, including jet crew, expedition leaders and staff, ensuring your travels are safe, comfortable and hassle-free. An executive chef designs menus featuring locally sourced, fresh ingredients and can accommodate special dietary requests. Yes, there are electrical outlets available, so you can charge your cameras, iPads, phones and more while we fly. 


Each passenger will have access to an iPad for on-board entertainment. We also provide Bose noise-canceling headphones. The iPad is additionally used for our on-board lecture system. When a lecturer is speaking, guests listen through the Bose headphones and follow the presentation on the iPad.


Approximately one month before departure, each guest receives two seat assignments. In the middle of the trip, everyone rotates to their second seat assignment. Our jet is designed to provide a uniform experience. All seats recline and you have ample legroom no matter where you sit. Private jet travel ensures you’ll get a relaxed, comfortable experience regardless of where you sit.


Our seats recline about three-fourths of the way — a 45-degree incline with 45 to 52 inches of legroom — which is similar to a comfortable leather recliner. You’ll also have plenty of room to stand, stretch or move about. And we never fly overnight, so you’ll spend every night in a cozy bed.

Our jet providers fly Boeing 757 aircrafts with seating for up to 78 guests, instead of the standard 230-plus passengers, ensuring a comfortable ride with ample space to relax. To see more visit our Jets page.

Book a Trip

If you are traveling solo and prefer the privacy of your own room, you will be charged a single supplement. There is a limited number of single rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis at an extra cost. We will make a reasonable effort to assist those requesting a roommate. If a roommate is not confirmed, the single rate will be charged.

Your initial deposit may be paid by credit card, check or wire transfer. The second deposit and final payment may be paid by check or wire transfer, which are directly deposited into a trip escrow account that is fully insured by the U.S. government to ensure the safety of your payments.

Your Trip

Once you book, you will be assigned a dedicated guest services manager to answer any questions and ensure that you receive all important trip-related information and documentation. Your guest services manager can also help you make special arrangements, including any upgrades.

Your Trip

Yes, at most locations you can upgrade your room at an additional cost. All rooms on our expeditions are either just below suite category or, in some cases, suites. You will be sent detailed hotel descriptions prior to your trip and can select upgrades at that time. Rooms are subject to availability, so we suggest you submit your requests as quickly as possible.

Your trip

After you book a trip, we will send you a confirmation packet that includes details about your expedition. We will send you more detailed information and necessary documents as your trip gets closer. We generally send information eight months, five months and one month before your departure.
