If you miss the scheduled group departure from the gateway city, you may miss the private aircraft. In rare cases it may be possible to rejoin the group later via commercial flights, but this is not guaranteed and additional costs are the guest’s responsibility.
No refunds are provided for missed departures, which is why arriving early is strongly advised.
