If you cancel your reservation or change your plans, your right to receive a refund is limited, as set forth in payment schedule specific to your trip. In general, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- If your notice is received 365 or more days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of all deposits less a $5,000 per-person cancellation fee. If your notice is received 364 to 300 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of all deposits less a $10,000 per-person cancellation fee.
- If your notice is received 299 to 240 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of all deposits less a $15,000 per-person cancellation fee.
- If your notice is received 239 to 180 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of all deposits less a $25,000 per-person cancellation fee.
- If your notice is received 180 days or fewer prior to departure, there is no refund.
All cancellations will become effective as of the date of the postmark or email receipt.
