Our Group Jet Expeditions operate aboard a modern, best-in-class private jet configured for comfort and connection. The Airbus A321neo-LR features just 52 Italian-leather flatbed seats in a 2-2 configuration—roughly half the capacity of standard commercial configurations. The cabin includes onboard connectivity, gourmet dining, and a seasoned crew attuned to guest preferences.

Planning & Booking

How much does a TCS World Travel expedition cost?

Group Jet Expeditions range from approximately $99,000 to $205,000 per person, depending on the itinerary length and destinations. Around the World expeditions typically range from $139,950 for 22-day departures to $155,000 for 25-day departures. Our Seven Continents expedition is $205,000 per person. All prices are based on double occupancy. Single travelers pay a 10% supplement.

What is included in the price?

Everything. Your expedition includes all flights aboard the private jet, best-in-class accommodations, ground transportation, gourmet meals and beverages (including alcohol), daily activities, expert guides, expedition staff, a traveling physician, all gratuities, and even local currency for small purchases. We also provide trip amenities like luggage, backpacks, and packing cubes.

How do I reserve my place?

Complete and sign the Reservation Form and pay your deposit. Deposits can be made by wire transfer or major credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). TCS charges a 3.0% surcharge for credit card payments (except for billing addresses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Puerto Rico). Your place is reserved once we receive both the signed form and deposit.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Our exclusive trip insurance program allows you to pay in installments and insure your trip as you go, adding flexibility to your planning.

What is your cancellation policy?

We strongly recommend purchasing our best-in-class trip insurance program, available exclusively to guests on our group jet expeditions. The program includes COVID-19 coverage and the option to add Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for up to 75% of your trip cost. You can purchase the plan and waive pre-existing conditions any time up until final payment.

The Experience

How many guests travel on each expedition?

Our private jet accommodates a maximum of 52 guests, ensuring an intimate, small-group experience. This allows for personalized attention and flexibility in daily activities.

What is the staff-to-guest ratio?

Each expedition includes an 18-person staff traveling with you: expedition leaders, dedicated guest services managers, a traveling physician, expert guides, and flight crew. This high staff ratio ensures exceptional service and support throughout your journey.

Who are my fellow travelers?

Our guests are globally curious, well-traveled individuals with a passion for learning and exploration. Many are repeat travelers who have been with us for multiple expeditions. You’ll meet fellow guests with diverse backgrounds and shared interests in culture, history, and meaningful travel experiences.

What is the minimum age to travel?

The minimum age is 12 years old, though we will consider younger guests on a case-by-case basis. These trips are excellent opportunities for multi-generational family travel.

Are there overnight flights?

No. All flights occur during daytime hours so you arrive refreshed at each destination. You’ll sleep in luxury hotel accommodations every night.

What if I need special assistance or have mobility concerns?

If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements can be made for private touring at each destination. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be your responsibility. Contact our Guest Relations team to discuss your specific needs.

The Aircraft

What aircraft do you use?

We operate a custom-configured Airbus A321neo-LR with just 52 lie-flat business-class seats in a 2-2 configuration. This is roughly half the capacity of standard commercial configurations. The aircraft includes Italian-leather seats, onboard connectivity, and burns 30% less fuel than older models.

Who operates the aircraft?

The aircraft is operated by Titan Airways, an IOSA-certified airline with over 30 years of experience in bespoke air charter travel.

What about carbon emissions?

TCS offsets carbon emissions to support destinations most frequented on our expeditions. As part of our commitment to climate and nature action, we’ve partnered with Blue Marine Foundation to help conserve coastlines and marine life. Together with our sister companies in the Travelopia Group, we aim to support the conservation and restoration of 7,000 hectares of vital marine ecosystems through seven global projects.

Health & Safety

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19?

While we highly recommend vaccination, we no longer require COVID-19 vaccines for guests unless required by one of the destinations on your program. Testing is also not required prior to trip start, at trip start, or during your journey, unless required by a destination or recommended by the trip physician.

What medical support is available?

A traveling physician accompanies every Group Jet Expedition to support wellness throughout your journey. If medical attention is needed, we arrange transportation to top medical facilities, provide interpreters, and ensure you receive the best care possible.

What vaccinations do I need?

Your dedicated guest services manager will provide a comprehensive list of recommended vaccinations based on your specific itinerary. Requirements vary by destination.

Private Custom Travel

How does Private Custom Travel differ from Group Jet Expeditions?

Private Custom Travel is built entirely around your vision, dates, and preferences. You travel with only those you choose—whether as a couple, family, or multi-generational group. You can travel with or without private air. The same level of expert planning, insider access, and comprehensive service applies to all custom journeys.

How far in advance should I plan?

We recommend contacting us 6-12 months before your desired travel dates, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on destination and season.

Can you accommodate special interests or celebrations?

Absolutely. We specialize in crafting journeys around specific interests—whether genealogical travel, culinary experiences, wildlife photography, golf, wellness, or milestone celebrations like anniversaries, birthdays, or honeymoons.

Before You Go

What communication will I receive before departure?

Shortly after booking, your dedicated guest services manager will email you to introduce themselves and begin learning your preferences. They’ll provide a packing list, vaccination recommendations, trip details, and remain your main point of contact via phone or email leading up to departure. You’ll also receive trip amenities including luggage and travel accessories.

What should I pack?

Your guest services manager will provide a detailed packing list tailored to your itinerary. Generally, casual, comfortable clothing is appropriate. Evening events maintain a relaxed atmosphere—no formal attire required. We provide luggage, backpacks, and packing cubes as trip amenities.

Do you provide travel documents assistance?

Yes. Our staff helps fill out landing cards, customs forms, and other travel documents. We handle the tedious aspects of international travel so you can focus on the experience.
